one-button mouse

June 26th, 2007

It’s finally done – version 2 of the site has been shown the door, and version 4 of One-Button Mouse is live, right here before your very eyes. (And yes, there was a version 3, but it never went live – that’s a story for another day.)

For anyone unfamiliar with One-Button Mouse, it’s a site where I used to showcase my icons and desktops. I regularly and lovingly updated the site, but eventually One-Button Mouse began suffering from some serious neglect. I stopped returning its calls, and eventually suggested maybe we could just be friends. But the site was always in the back of my mind, and after several stalled attempts, I finally came up with a direction for it that felt right.

While all my old icon work can still be found here, my hope for this version of the site is that it will give me a place to display some non-icon work – illustrations (and maybe photographs), sketches, and musings on various topics.

Take a look around, and let me know what you think – you can either leave a comment here, or send me a message from the contact form on the About page. Enjoy!

This is a lovely update, Anthony! It feels like a happy cross between something Pixar characters and Wallace & Gromit would call home and a professionally polished space to showcase your stuff. I’m impressed and I’m sure I’ll visit frequently. :-)

I’ll be visiting too. No pressure to keep it updated or anything. I’m just sayin’…

@Jiffy: Thanks for the kind words!

@Ged: Yeah, no pressure, eh? Hey, I just now added a new “Incidentally Linked” entry in the sidebar, so I’m on a roll!
